Designing Tomorrow for Families.
Where design, technology, and family life meet - creating what’s needed to connect and grow.
Behind Zeno
Zeno is in development — built carefully, with families, not just for them.
Created by Tania Boler, Russell Hayer and Pedro Rodrigues — parents and makers with a track record of building what didn't exist. Zeno is a social enterprise built for impact, not profit — their way of bringing better tools into everyday life.
It looks simple. It works deeply. And it’s being shaped by the right people: psychologists, behavioral scientists, technologists, and AI innovators — all focused on turning proven science into tools that fit real life and grow with it.
We’ll share more soon.
The Team
Tania Boler
Tania is a social entrepreneur who founded Elvie and built it into a global brand that reimagined multiple categories for women. She spent a decade in preventative health, leading HIV prevention curriculum at UNESCO and driving innovation at Marie Stopes International. Today, she focuses on practical solutions that ease the pressure of everyday family life.
Russell Hayer
Russell has shaped some of the world’s best-known brands — from LVMH to Comedy Central — and led public health campaigns that reached millions. His work has always aimed for real-world impact, but becoming a parent changed his lens. Now he’s focused on designing tools that respond to the realities of family life and help strengthen everyday connection.
Dr Caroline Gibbs
Caroline is a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in child, adolescent, and family mental health. Her work spans early intervention, emotional development, and parent-child relationships. At Zeno, she guides the emotional strategy and curriculum — helping turn proven science into tools that support real-world parenting with calm and confidence.
Pedro Rodrigues
Pedro translates complex technology into tools people can actually use. He co-founded and scaled a company from zero to Series A, built AI systems for global enterprises, and taught at Imperial College London. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, he saw how many products increase pressure instead of easing it. Now he builds tech that helps families navigate everyday life with less cognitive load.
