Created by Tania Boler and Russell Hayer, two parents and makers with a track record of building what didn’t exist. Zeno is a social enterprise built for impact, not profit, and their way to bring better tools into everyday life.
It looks simple. It works deeply. And it’s being built with the right people: psychologists, behavioral scientists, technologists, and AI innovators. All focused on turning proven science into tools that fit real life and grow with it.
Tania Boler
Tania is a social entrepreneur who founded Elvie and built it into a global brand that reimagined multiple categories for women. She spent a decade in preventative health, leading HIV prevention curriculum at the UN and driving innovation at Marie Stopes International. She is passionate about prevention and now develops practical solutions that ease the pressure of everyday family life.
Russell Hayer
Russell is a brand builder who’s shaped global brands and cultural icons — from LVMH and Coca-Cola to Comedy Central — and led public health a that reached millions. Becoming a parent changed the lens: families don’t need more noise, they need practical support that makes life easier. Now he’s focused on creating tools that strengthen connection and meet the realities of everyday family life.
